What it does

• Scans the pages and downloadable files of your website against Section 508 and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2.
• Provides you an exportable detailed accessibility report with recommended fixes.
• Explains in plain words how to fix each issue. You make the fixes. Gov508 Verify never changes your website.
• The VERIFIED badge is granted when all public-facing pages and any downloadable files pass.
• The badge links to a Gov508 page that shows your website, everything that was tested, and when.
• While your subscription is paid, rescans your website automatically every month to re-verify it, so the badge stays current.
• If the subscription ends, the badge turns gray for 30 days, then comes off the Gov508 directory.
