gov508.com is operated by Semper Eius, LLC, which does business as Gov508. In this policy, "we" means Semper Eius, LLC.

What we collect

• Request forms. When you submit the assessment request, we receive what you enter: your name, email, organization, the work you describe, and any supporting file you attach.
• Support requests. The Support form collects your name, email and message. We save it in a private support record, with a reference number, so we can follow up.
• Professional intake. When you apply as a professional, we receive your contact details, experience, certifications, résumé, and the eligibility answers you give, including U.S. citizenship, clearance status, and the citizenship document the form requires.
• Email you send us. Your address and the content of your message.
• Technical records. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and time.
• Essential cookie. The forms use a session cookie to prevent abuse and repeat submissions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on gov508.com.

How we use it

• To answer your request and provide the service you asked about.
• To review professional applications.
• To keep the site secure and working.
• To meet legal and contract obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who sees it

Form submissions are emailed to our team. Our hosting and email providers handle data on our behalf, and we may disclose information when the law requires it. We share professional applications with a client only with your agreement.

Gov508 Clarity customers

Information you enter into the Gov508 Clarity software is covered by your customer agreement. Your organization controls its own records, and we use them only to provide the service.

Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email support@gov508.com with "Privacy request" in the subject.

Children

This site is for businesses and government teams, and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
