Refund and Cancellation Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of your first purchase, we refund the full plan payment. AI credits, page blocks and setup work already started are not refunded (see below).

Monthly plans

After the first 30 days, cancel anytime. Your access continues to the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part of a month.

Annual and multi-year plans

After the first 30 days, your plan runs to the end of its term and is not refunded. If you cancel, your access continues to the end of the term you have paid for.

Government agencies may also buy 2-year or 3-year terms. The same rule applies.

Setup fees and services

Setup fees for government installations, provisioning fees for dedicated servers, and optional hourly services cannot be refunded once the work has started.

Page blocks and AI credits

Page blocks and AI credits cannot be refunded. Credits you buy expire 12 months after purchase. AI credits included with your edition end with each month.

Government orders

Government invoices and licenses, annual or lifetime, follow the signed order or contract.
