Your entire enterprise accessibility operation, now connected under one roof.
Clarity Enterprise starts with Clarity Core and adds powerful extensions better suited to larger operations, such as larger businesses and government agencies.
It brings multi-tier dashboards, department and team oversight, project planning, collaboration, communications, and expanded reporting into one connected workspace—helping organizations coordinate responsibilities, track progress, and keep stakeholders informed.

The illustration connects multi-tier dashboards, communication and collaboration, project planning, tiers of responsibility, website scan/fix/monitoring, reporting and automation, file scan and fix, and support and training in one workspace.
Website Scan & Fix and Document Scan & Fix are Core functions that Enterprise builds on. Current website scanning and remediation/verification tracking do not mean automated code repairs, document repair engines, or unattended monitoring are available. Expanded reporting, automation, and training capabilities remain in development; the illustration is not a screenshot or certification.
Clarity Enterprise
Your organization’s accessibility program, in focus.
For businesses and government entities of every size—from a small local team or municipality to a large enterprise or federal agency.
Coordinate your own accessibility work across websites, applications, documents, departments, and responsibilities. Parent views bring the work together; authorized teams can focus on their part of it.
Structure that can grow with you.
Flexible division, district, department, and team workspaces.
Permissions based on what a person can do and where they can do it.
Findings, verification, evidence, and reporting within the right scope.
Parent dashboards and drill-down views as hierarchy integration develops.
Expanded project collaboration and communications across authorized departments and teams, in development.
Capacity and deployment arrangements sized to the organization.
For government: security, procurement, hosting, and records requirements are reviewed for the proposed deployment. No authorization or certification is implied.

Illustrative hierarchy. Clarity Enterprise is designed for businesses and government entities, small through large.
Reporting deadlines should not mean rebuilding the same story from spreadsheets, emails, and scattered evidence. Clarity Enterprise’s planned Reporting & Compliance extension is being designed to turn the work your teams record into consistent agency reports—so you can spend more time addressing barriers and less time assembling updates.
Recorded work
Findings, remediation, verification, evidence, and history.
Reporting rules
The agency profile, reporting period, required fields, and calculations.
Review-ready reports
Scoped results, supporting narratives, and evidence for approval.
Planned workflow: reuse operational records, apply the selected reporting profile, then review and approve the report before submission.
Keep reporting consistent as requirements change.
A versioned Reporting Rules Library will connect each profile to its reporting authority, required fields, reporting period, calculations, submission format, approvals, and effective date. As guidance changes, the profile can change with it.
Planned hierarchy-aware rollups will support department, division, district, and headquarters views within the user’s authorized scope.
Give reviewers the context to sign off.
Section 508-focused and agency-specific templates, narratives, metrics, trends, remediation status, unresolved exceptions, and verification evidence.
Monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, with version history and retention controls.
Accessible PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and structured electronic exports as required by supported profiles.
Dottie-assisted draft preparation and explanations, with human review and sign-off.
In development. Supported federal and agency reporting profiles, export formats, and availability will be confirmed as they are implemented and validated.
Core provides very basic collaboration and communications. Clarity Enterprise and Clarity Multiclient include a much more extensive Collaboration & Communications extension, being developed to connect project work, conversations, decisions, and accountability.
Departments need clear handoffs. Clarity Enterprise is being developed to keep internal assignments, evidence, and stakeholder updates connected to the same program. Concept illustration.
Conversations belong with the work.
Planned capabilities keep discussions and communication history connected to the relevant project, workspace, finding, remediation item, evidence, or report.
Threaded discussions, mentions, notifications, approvals, and handoffs.
Internal collaboration for Clarity Enterprise; controlled firm-to-client participation for Clarity Multiclient.
Teams chat and email through plugins/API integrations, with Clarity retaining the related communication record and enforcing its permissions.
Keep the right people informed.
Firm and organization admins will be able to schedule weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual update reports for selected user types. Recipient checkboxes in the User Hierarchy extension will work with each user’s role and authorized scope.
Expanded communications, integrations, and scheduled reporting remain in development.
One SaaS platform · More ways to grow
Add what earns its place. Bundle what works together.
Start with built-in Core Features. Add Extensions one at a time, including capabilities offered in the larger editions, or choose Enterprise or Multiclient. Editions are intended to cost less than assembling the same included extensions individually; extension prices and final inclusions are still in development.
Expand within your account
The planned licensing model activates purchased capabilities in the same SaaS account. Your organization’s license determines available extensions; each person’s permissions determine what they can use.
License-based activation is in development.
Set it up for your team
No customer-side software installation. Setup can still include your hierarchy, roles, integrations, workflows, reporting schedules, and data migration. Any assisted setup is scoped separately.
See what is included
As extension pages are introduced, each will identify Core or edition inclusion, individual availability, development status, and price when approved. You should know what your edition covers before adding anything.
Built-in capabilities are Core Features. Billing, CRM, and expanded Project Management are add-on Extensions. Core assignments, remediation status, independent verification, evidence, history, and governance stay in Core.
Billing
Included add-on Extension · Multiclient; also internal Gov508 Master scope
Billing is included in Multiclient rather than a second charge for that included Extension. Edition controls remain in development; no new price is established here.
CRM
Included add-on Extension · Multiclient; standalone price to be confirmed
CRM is included in Multiclient and is separate from the Core Features used to record and follow through on accessibility work. Inclusion does not imply that every planned CRM capability is delivered.
Project Management
Add-on Extension · Expanded planning scope to be confirmed
Expanded planning is separate from Core assignments and remediation tracking. Detailed planning capabilities and edition inclusion will be confirmed as they develop.
Keep conversations, decisions, notifications, and handoffs connected to project work. Core includes basic communications.
Expanded workflow
Edition inclusion to be confirmed
Configure steps, owners, dependencies, approvals, and actions—such as invoice eligibility after required verification and sign-off.
Advanced government reporting
Enterprise reporting direction
Turn scoped operational records into reports using maintained rules, review steps, and required reporting profiles.
These expanded capabilities are in development. Individual license availability and the final extension inclusion map will be confirmed as each extension is defined.

Same capacity pricing. Whichever product you choose.
Your software choice determines the capabilities you use. Data Capacity Blocks cover additional processing and data needs, with the same block pricing across Clarity Core, Clarity Enterprise, and Clarity Multiclient.
Choose the software that fits your work, then plan additional capacity around your workload.
Block sizes and rates are in development. Included allowances, usage thresholds, and charges will be defined before purchase. Data Capacity Blocks are priced separately from the monthly software base.
